I have been using Whole Food Multivitamin for over 25 years, every single day and cannot live without them! They give me energy and I feel I am getting all of the other vitamins and minerals that I need.

I was excited to start a healthy vitamin supplement that was recommended to me and as soon as I took it I could almost immediately feel my body going oooooooh yeah- I needed that! Since I take it pretty much every day one at a time although it says that three is the recommended dosage- being on other medications it doesn't seem to interfere with them at all

I have been taking these and they are providing me with what was missing. I feel great and have broken through a weight loss plateau after beginning my regimen.
